From I-5 Northbound:

• Take I-5 to the Fourth Plain Blvd exit (Exit 1D)
• Turn LEFT onto Fourth Plain Blvd
• Turn RIGHT onto Main Street
• We are in the "Thirty Third Place" building which will be on your right
• For chiropractic care: park, enter the double-doors on the East side of the building, and we're in the first door on the right.
• For massage and acupuncture: park, enter the single-door on the North side of the building, and we're in the first door on the left."  Please make sure to do this for both lists of directions.
  

From I-5 Southbound:

• Take I-5 to the East 39th Street exit (Exit 2)
• Turn RIGHT onto East 39th Street
• Turn LEFT onto Main Street
• We are in the "Thirty Third Place" building which will be on your left
